What are the dates and times of the B3 Forum?
The dates are the 23rd to the 25th of February, 2010.
Exhibition times: from 13:00 to 20:00 hours.

Is it open to the general public?
No, this is a business event for executives in search of solutions and applications that give their company a competitive edge.

Do children have access to the event?
No. Access is strictly liited to adults over the age of 21. Identification will be required.

May I take photos on the exhibition floor?
Photography is not permitted on the exhibition floor without previous permission from the organizers.

Does Centro Banamex offer assistance to special needs visitors?
Centro Banamex covers all special needs requirements; however, there are no wheelchairs in the Centre.

When does the pre-registration by internet process finish?
If you are a field professional or executive of any industry in search of technology, you may pre-register up until February 12th FOR FREE. Registering the week before the event will carry a cost of $150 Mexican pesos for entry with pre-registration, and if you do not pre-register before the event, you will be charged $250 Mexican pesos.

When and where shall I obtain my badge?
Badges will be available the first day of the event in the pre-registration area from 12:00 hours onward.

Does the badge give me access to all the exhibition events or do I need to register for each one individually?
You only need to register once. Your badge gives you open access to visit all the exhibition floor and keynote conferences.
